Interior view showing the best manner to
fix Hayward's Pavement and Stallboard Lights to throw the maximum of
light into basements.
The Pavement Lights are in two parts,
and have a grooved butt joint, or two flanges can come together; in
either case a light H girder is fixed transversely from front
curb to flooring, so as to avoid any girders along back of Lights,
which unfortunately is so common and is generally a serious obstruction
to the light.
The ventilation through Stallboards
by Hayward's Standard Hopper Ventilator, which gives simplicity of
construction and security from breaking into premises, as the framing of
Stallboards is continued through the opening portion, and when closed
presents an even and flush appearance, as if there was no opening at
all.
