THE illustration shows a simple plan of running back a portion of Pavement Lights in front of warehouse premises, so that packages can be lowered into the basement. This arrangement allows of a heavy Light being moved backwards and forwards with ease, and Hayward's Patent "Semi-prism" Lenses are fixed in them, as the weight of Light is of little consequence, nor is there any risk of breaking the underside of lenses. The above Light has a guttered curb frame on the front and two ends.
